Two Four Electrical believes in clear scope, transparent pricing, and straightforward communication from the outset. Our goal is to ensure clients understand how we charge and what to expect before work begins.
All rates are exclusive of GST.
Residential
Home electrical work during standard hours
$78 /hour
Commercial
Electrical work for businesses and commercial premises
$85 /hour
Residential rates apply to privately owned homes only. Work invoiced to a business, farm, company, or commercial entity is charged at the commercial rate.

Charged at time and a half. Applies to:
Evening & early morning work
Weekend work
Public holidays
Breakdown & Call Outs
Ensures urgent response while covering travel and mobilisation time.
Travel Charges
Christchurch & Rolleston $26
Outside Christchurch $1/km
Calculated from Burwood. Negotiated rates for regular clients.
Certification & Documentation
A $15 documentation fee applies to certified work, covering:
Certificates of Compliance
7-year record retention
Administrative processing
In accordance with NZ electrical regulations.
Quotations & Ongoing Works
Clear scope and pricing agreed prior to work commencing.
